FII Votorantim BII BTS, a private held real estate investment fund, has performed a follow-on transaction to raise funds in the aggregate amount of BRL 25m to develop a Built-to-Suit project to build and lease a logistic shed to Correios do Brasil, the Brazilian Postal Service Government-Owned Company.

According to the agreement, the lease period is 180 months after built. The investment was made through the underwriting of securities issued by the Votorantim BII BTS Fund. In this context, Banco Votorantim invested BRL15m and BII BTS Contagem 1 Participações invested BRL10m. It was an additional investment to the first one that occurred in December, 2017, in the aggregate amount of BRL 127,2m (see related transaction).

In December, 2017, Banco Votorantim invested BRL 83m, BII Investimentos Imobiliarios invested BRL 34m, and BII Log Empreendimentos Imobiliários invested BRL 10,2m. 2017’s investments also were made through the underwriting of securities issued by the fund.

O fundo de investimento imobiliário privado Votorantim BII BTS realizou uma transação para captar recursos no valor total de BRL 25m para desenvolver um projeto Built-to-Suit com o objetivo de construir e arrendar um galpão de logística para os Correios do Brasil.

De acordo com o contrato, o período de locação é de 180 meses após a construção. O investimento foi realizado por meio da subscrição de títulos emitidos pela Fundo Votorantim BII BTS. Nesse contexto, o Correios do Brasil investiu BRL 15m e a BII BTS Contagem 1 Participações investiu BRL 10m. Esse foi um investimento adicional ao primeiro que ocorreu em dezembro de 2017, no valor total de BRL 127,2m (ver transação relacionada).

Em dezembro de 2017, o Banco Votorantim investiu BRL 83m, a BII Investimentos Imobiliarios investiu BRL 34m e a BII Log Empreendimentos Imobiliários investiu BRL 10,2m. Os investimentos de 2017 também foram feitos por meio da subscrição de títulos emitidos pelo fundo.
