Frutte Productos Naturales, a Cochabamba, Bolivia-based fruit and herbal tea producer, announced changes to its board in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores on 3 August, 2015. The board is now comprised of Adolfo Mier Menacho as president; Juan Carlos Iturri Salmon as vice-president; and Jorge Amestegui Pacheco as secretary. Also appointed were Waldo Abasto Valdez, Diego Peláez Wille, and Luisa Avilés López.

La empresa boliviana Frutte Productos Naturales ha cambiado su directorio, según ha publicado en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores el 3 de agosto de 2015. En la junta general ordinaria de accionistas se produjeron cambios quedando el directorio conformado de la siguiente forma: Adolfo Mier Menacho (Presidente), Juan Carlos Iturri Salmon (Vicepresidente) y Jorge Amestegui Pacheco (Secretario). Como Vocales se designó a Waldo Abasto Valdez, Diego Peláez Wille y a Luisa Avilés López. |
