Franquicias Panameñas, a Panama-based fast-food restaurant management company, announced the appointment of Joshua Henríquez as CEO and the new conformation of its board in a filing published by Panamanian regulator Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores on 3 June, 2015. The board also appointed Loretta Fadul as COO and Maximilian Arosemena as support services manager. The board is comprised of Lizbeth Henríquez, president; Edward Henríquez, vice-president; Joshua Henríquez, David Henríquez, Richard Raymond, Gabriel Motta, George Zelenka, Víctor Chan and Julio Lizarzaburu. The new members were appointed in a meeting held on 23 April, 2015. The new executives and board members took office on 1 May, 2015.

Franquicias Panameñas, administradora de tiendas de comida rápida, ha anunciado la designación de Joshua Henríquez como CEO y la nueva conformación de su directorio en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de Panamá el 3 de junio de 2015. El directorio también ha designado a Loretta Fadul como COO y a Maximiliano Arosemena como Gerente de Servicios de Apoyo. Durante la junta del 23 de abril, el directorio quedó conformado por Lizbeth Henríquez, presidenta; Edward Henríquez, vicepresidente; Joshua Henríquez, David Henríquez, Richard Raymond, Gabriel Motta, George Zelenka, Víctor Chan y Julio Lizarzaburu. Los nuevos ejecutivos y directores asumieron sus cargos el 1 de mayo de 2015. |
