Terra Firma Capital, a UK-based private equity firm, received preliminary offers from four companies keen to acquire ODEON & UCI Cinemas Group,as published by newspaper Expansión on 30 May 2016, citing its president, Guy Hands. Terra Firma Capital ha recibido ofertas preliminares de cuatro compañías interesadas en adquirir ODEON & UCI Cinemas Group, según ha informado el diario Expansión el 30 de mayo de 2016, basándose en declaraciones de Guy Hands, presidente de Terra Firma Capital, firma inglesa de private equity. Los cuatro candidatos, que deberán decidir si presentan una oferta vinculante en la ronda final del proceso de venta de la empresa, son: la compañía mexicana Cinépolis, el conglomerado chino Dalian Wanda, la cadena británica Vue y la empresa coreana CGV. Guy Hands ha destacado que espera que las ofertas por ODEON & UCI Cinemas Group se sitúen por encima de los GBP 1.000m. |
