China-based Fosun Property, held by Fosun (SEHK: 656), created its own structure in Spain to carry out real estate acquisitions, as reported by newspaper El Confidencial on 5 July 2015. The company is looking at different investment options and may have contacted potential sellers. In addition, Fosun Property reached an agreement with Resolution Group so that it will act as Fosun's exclusive investments manager and to search for value added properties in Europe, mainly in Spain. This agreement will entail creating a fund with EUR 800m.

La compañía china Fosun Property, perteneciente al grupo Fosun (SEHK: 656), ha creado su propia estructura en España para llevar a cabo adquisiciones de activos inmobilarios, según ha comunicado El Confidencial el 5 de julio de 2015. La compañía podría estar sondeando diferentes opciones de inversión, y habría contactado ya con potenciales vendedores. Además, Fosun Property ha alcanzado un acuerdo con Resolution Group para que ésta actúe como gestor exclusivo de inversiones de la compañía china y le ayude a entrar en proyectos inmobiliarios de valor añadido en Europa, con especial atención al mercado español. A este respecto, el acuerdo supondría también la creación de un fondo de EUR 800m. |
