Forus (BCS:FORUS), a Santiago, Chile-based footwear brands retailer, announced the resignation of Gonzalo Darraidou as CEO in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 23 September, 2015. The resignation will be effective on 30 November. From then on, Marisol Céspedes will take office as interim CEO. Currently, Céspedes is corporate manager of finance and administration.

Forus (BCS:FORUS), comercializadora de marcas de calzado con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha comunicado de la renuncia de Gonzalo Darraidou como gerente general en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 23 de septiembre de 2015. La renuncia será efectiva el 30 de noviembre. A partir de esa fecha, Marisol Céspedes asumirá como gerente general interina. Actualmente, Céspedes es gerente corporativa de finanzas y administración. |
