Forté Pharma, a supplements line owned by Grupo Reig Jofre (BME: RJF), entered Hong Kong and Macau, through its local partner RS Lifestyle, as published by Grupo Reig Jofre through a relevant fact submitted to Securities Commission CNMV on 14 June 2016. Forté Pharma will enter these markets through commercialization of products such as Vitalité 4, energy range, and Turboslim CaloriLight, Turboslim Drenante and Pesoredux 900mg, weight control range, through Watsons' stores. This move is part of Grupo Reig Jofre's international expansion strategy, since 60% of the company's sales are registered outside Spain.

Forté Pharma, la línea de complementos nutricionales de Grupo Reig Jofre (BME: RJF), ha entrado en Hong Kong y Macao, a través del socio local RS Lifestyle, según ha informado Grupo Reig Jofre en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el 14 de junio de 2016. Forté Pharma iniciará su presencia en estos mercados con la comercialización de los productos Vitalité 4, de la gama de energía, y Turboslim CaloriLight, Turboslim Drenante y Pesoredux 900mg, de la gama de control de peso, en los establecimientos Watsons. Este movimiento se enmarca en el plan de internacionalización de Grupo Reig Jofre, por el que el 60% de las ventas de la compañía se realizan fuera de España. |
