After the merger between Hapag Lloyd and Compañía Sudamericana de Vaportes (see related transaction), current president of TUI AG and former controller of Hapag Lloyd, Klaus Mangol, announced its negotiations to sell the shares they still hold in the shipping company, approximately 13%. According to media company Bloomberg, Klaus Mangol said the group is planning an "orderly withdrawal" of its investments, working towards a "profitable and sensible exit solution".

Después de la fusión entre Hapag Lloyd y Compañía Sudamericana de Vaportes (ver transacción relacionada), el actual presidente del directorio de TUI AG y ex controlador de Hapag Lloyd, Klaus Mangol ha reconocido que está negociando la venta de acciones que aún mantiene en la naviera de aproximadamente el 13%.
