Cnova, a company based in the Netherlands and result of a merger between Brazil-based Nova Pontocom and France-based Cdiscount, may have appointed Flavio Dias to replace German Quiroga as its new Co-CEO, as published by newspaper Valor Econômico on 25 January 2016. According to the news, Flavio Dias, 39 years old, was the former director of Banco Original. He was president of Walmart.com for less than a year, between 2013 and 2014, and CEO of website Magazine Luiza. In the organization chart, he is below the French CEO. Quiroga, in his exit process, possibly suggested Dias, who will take office on 15 February.

De acordo com a notícia, Flavio Dias, 39 anos, ex-diretor do Banco Original. Ele ocupou a presidência do Walmart.com por menos de um ano, entre 2013 e 2014, e foi gerente-geral do site do Magazine Luiza. No organograma, ele fica abaixo do CEO francês da Cnova.
