A companhia de seguros portuguesa Fidelidade, com sede em Lisboa, está avaliando a compra dos terrenos da antiga feira popular, segundo publicou o Económico no dia 16 de outubro de 2015, citando o CEO da Fidelidade, Jorge Magalhães Correia.

Os Terrenos da Feira Popular vão a leilão no próximo dia 20 de outubro de 2015.

Segundo o Executivo "este é um projeto interessante e único que pode enquadrar-se na política de investimentos de longo prazo da Fidelidade. Porém envolve uma grande complexidade que exige um estudo aprofundado e parcerias que acrescentem valor e diferenciação ao projeto".
