Fideicomiso Hipotecario (FHIPO), estaría buscando su regreso a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) con el objetivo de buscar recursos en el mercado de capitales, según ha informado Expansión el 5 de abril de 2016, citando al CFO de FHIPO, Daniel Braatz. En concreto, la firma busca financiar la expansión de su cartera hipotecaria y para ello busca obtener recursos, mediante la emisión de capital y deuda en la bolsa, por un programa de hasta USD 847,1m. |
