Fibria Celulose (BMFV: FIBR3), based in São Paulo, reached a trade agreement with Klabin, as reported through a Relevant Fact published on 4 April 2015. Fibria will acquire 900,000 tons per year of hardwood pulp, which will be produced at Klabin's factory currently being built in Ortigueira, Paraná state. This amount will be used in the first four years of the agreement, which has a term of six years. In the last two years there will be a reduction in the acquired quantity.

A Fibria Celulose (BMFV:FIBR3), com sede em São Paulo, fez um acordo comercial com a Klabin segundo o Fato Relevante publicado em 04 de abril de 2015. A Fibria deverá comprar 900 mil toneladas anuais de celulose de fibra curta que será produzida na fábrica que a Klabin está construindo em Ortigueira no estado do Paraná. Essa quantidade vale para os primeiros quatro anos do acordo, tem um prazo de seis anos, sendo que os últimos dois haverá uma redução na quantidade adquirida. |
