| According to Newmarket Grubb México, the real estate investment trusts (Fibras) aim to increase their portfolio of shopping centers and industrial warehouses, to control 65% of these markets before 2017. It is estimated that Fibras control approximately 25% of market share in shopping centers, 40% in the industrial sector, and 25% in offices.
