Fibra Prologis (BMV:FIBRAPL 14), a Mexico-based real estate asset manager, plans to carry out acquisitions of industrial properties worth USD 100m to USD 150m in 2016, reported CNN Expansión on 4 February, 2016, citing COO of the company, Héctor Ibarzaban. Ibarzaban noted the company will seek to acquire properties from its sponsor, US-based Prologis (NYSE:PLD), and from third parties. A quarter of the acquisitions will be carried out in 1H16 and the rest, during 2H16. Fibra Prologis CFO, Jorge Girault, added the acquisitions will be financed with the company's own liquidity.

Fibra Prologis (BMV:FIBRAPL 14), gestora mexicana de bienes inmuebles, planea llevar a cabo adquisiciones de propiedades industriales por USD 100m a USD 150m en 2016, ha publicado CNN Expansión el 4 de febrero de 2016, citando al director de operaciones de la empresa, Héctor Ibarzaban. Ibarzaban ha señalado que la empresa buscará adquirir propiedades a su patrocinador, la estadounidense Prologis (NYSE:PLD), y a terceros. Un cuarto de las adquisiciones se realizará en la primera mitad del año y el resto, durante la segunda mitad. El director de finanzas de Fibra Prologis, Jorge Girault, ha añadido que se financiarán las adquisiciones con la propia liquidez de la empresa. |
