Spain-based Fersa (BME: FRS) appointed Guillermo Mora Griso as the new Board Chairman for Grupo Empresarial Enhol, as reported by Fersa through a relevant fact published by the Securities Commission CNMV on 28 September 2015. Guillermo Mora Griso will replace Francesc Homs Ferret, who resigned from the Board after having finished the adjustment and consolidation process of Fersa's assets, which was a goal at the beginning of his administration term.

La empresa española Fersa (BME: FRS) ha nombrado como nuevo presidente del Consejo de Administración a la empresa Grupo Empresarial Enhol, representada por Guillermo Mora Griso, según ha señalado la propia Fersa en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) con fecha 28 de septiembre de 2015. El nombramiento se produce en sustitución de Francesc Homs Ferret, que renuncia a su cargo como presidente del Consejo de Administración y consejero tras haber concluido con éxito el proceso de ajuste y consolidación de la explotación de los activos de Fersa que se había fijado como objetivo al inicio de su mandato. |
