Spain-based Ferrovial (BME: FER) will bid to acquire a 60% stake in Aeroports de la Cote D'Azur and Aéroports de Lyon, which manage Nice and Lyon airports, respectively, and are held by the French Government, as published by newspaper Expansión on 29 September 2015. The total deal value could be approximately EUR 2bn, which the reason the other candidate AENA (BME: AENA) withdrew from the run.

La empresa española Ferrovial (BME: FER) pujará por adquirir el 60% de las compañías Aeroports de la Cote D'Azur y Aéroports de Lyon, que gestionan los aeropuertos de Niza y Lyon respectivamente y que son propiedad del Gobierno de Francia, según ha señalado el diario Expansión el 29 de septiembre de 2015. El importe conjunto de ambas adquisiciones podría ascender a EUR 2.000m, motivo por el cual AENA (BME: AENA), a la que también se consideraba interesada, ha descartado entrar en la puja. |
