Synopsis

FCC (BME:FCC), a Spain-based multi-sector group, could divest part of its best concessions in Spain to reduce its bank debt of EUR 4.5bn, reported Expansión on 14 February 2017.

According to the report, the concessions put on the block include 34% of Cedinsa, which operates four toll booths in Catalonia; 49% of Line 9 of the Barcelona Metro; and 29% of the City of Justice of Catalonia, a complex of buildings and car parks that registered revenues of EUR 35.7m. In total, FCC could fetch over EUR 120m with these divestments.

FCC (BME: FCC), grupo multisectorial español, podría desinvertir en parte de sus mejores concesiones en España para reducir su deuda bancaria de EUR 4.500m, según ha informado Expansión el 14 de febrero de 2017.

Entre las concesiones que podrían estar en venta destacan el 34% de la concesionaria Cedinsa, que explota cuatro corredores de peaje en Cataluña; el 49% del grupo en la Línea 9 del Metro de Barcelona; y el 29% de la Ciudad de la Justicia de Cataluña, un complejo de edificios y aparcamientos que registró ingresos de EUR 35,7m. En total, FCC podría recaudar más de EUR 120m con estas desinversiones.
