Euskaltel (BME: EKT) Board of Directors will propose to Shareholders Board the appointment of Francisco Arteche as CEO, as published by the company through a relevant fact submitted to the Securities Commission CNMV on 25 May 2016. Francisco Arteche will replace Fernando Ojeda in his role. Furthermore, the company proposed the integration of two new directors, Elisabetta Castiglioni and Miguel Ángel Lujua. Euskatel said the reason for these changes is to accelerate digital transformation and boost growth.

El consejo de administración de Euskaltel (BME: EKT) propondrá a la junta de accionistas el nombramiento de Francisco Arteche como nuevo consejero delegado, según ha informado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores el 25 de mayo de 2016. Francisco Arteche sustituiría a Fernando Ojeda en el cargo. Además, la compañía también ha propuesto la incorporación de dos nuevos consejeros, Elisabetta Castiglioni y Miguel Ángel Lujua. Euskatel ha asegurado que el motivo de llevar a cabo todos estos cambios es acelerar la transformación digital e impulsar el crecimiento. |
