Eurosic Investment Spain, a Spain-based REIT owned by Eurosic and the Allianz group (FWB:ALV), could launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with a capital of more than EUR 100m, reported El Economista on 14 February 2017. Eurosic Investment Spain closed last October the acquisition of two buildings in Madrid and a hotel in Torremolinos. In 2017, the firm acquired another hotel in Gerona and a group of assets of the tourist sector in Palma de Mallorca.

Eurosic Investment Spain, SOCIMI española participada por Eurosic y el grupo Allianz (FWB:ALV), podría salir a Bolsa con un capital superior a los EUR 100m, según ha informado El Economista el 14 de febrero de 2017. Eurosic Investment Spain, cerró el pasado mes de octubre la compra de dos edificios en Madrid y de un hotel en Torremolinos. En 2017, la firma adquirió un nuevo hotel en Gerona y un conjunto de activos del sector turístico en Palma de Mallorca. |
