France-based private equity firm Eurazeo (EPA: RF) announced its interest in acquiring a stake in Spanish fashion company Isabel Marant, as published by news website Modaes.es on 21 December 2015. The negotiations for the shares controlled by the company's founder, Isabel Marant, and by private shareholders could reach a majority stake. The sale is still in its preliminary stage and could last several months before reaching an agreement.

La firma de private equity francesa Eurazeo (EPA: RF) ha manifestado su interés en adquirir una participación accionarial de la firma española de moda Isabel Marant, según ha informado el portal Modaes.es el 21 de diciembre de 2015. Las acciones de la firma de moda que están controladas por su fundadora, Isabel Marant, y por otros socios particulares, podrían negociarse de tal forma que Eurazeo pueda obtener la participación mayoritaria. Las conversaciones se encuentran en fase preliminar y podrían prolongarse durante varios meses hasta alcanzar un acuerdo con la firma gala. |
