Esteve, a pharmaceutical company based in Catalonia, does not rule out acquisitions of companies and assets in the United States, with funds that may originate from an agreement signed with multinational Mundipharma. This agreement includes the sale of two new pain killers; its sale could produce profits of up to EUR 845m. La empresa farmacéutica catalana Esteve no descarta realizar adquisiciones de empresas o de activos en Estados Unidos con los fondos que le puede reportar el acuerdo que ha firmado con la multinacional Mundipharma. Este acuerdo radica en que si dos fármacos para el dolor de la empresa catalana se comienzan a comercializar, ésta podría recibir hasta EUR 845m. Además, la compañía tiene previsto entrar en Oriente Medio durante el año 2015, y quiere estar presente también en Japón y Corea del Sur, aunque no necesariamente con su propia marca. |
