Grupo Espírito Santo received six offers to acquire insurance company Tranquilidade. Five were made by private equity fund and one came from an international insurance company. Among the interested players were US-based Apollo, a private equity firm that lost the privatization of Caixa Seguros in favor of China-based Fosun. The proposals were of different natures: there were proposals that included entering Tranquilidade's share capital, and also in insurance companies such as BES Vida and T-Vida; and other offers that include partnership with insurance company Grupo Espírito Santo.

O Grupo Espírito Santo recebeu seis ofertas pela seguradora Tranquilidade. Cinco foram feitas por fundos de private equity e uma delas veio de uma seguradora internacional. Entre os interessados, estão os norte-americanos da Apollo, firma de private equity que perdeu a privatização da Caixa Seguros para os chineses da Fosun. As propostas apresentadas foram de natureza distinta: houve propostas que contemplam a entrada no capital da Tranquilidade, incluindo também nas seguradoras como a BES Vida e T-Vida, e outras ofertas que preveem uma parceria com a seguradora do Grupo Espírito Santo. |
