EspañaDuero, a Madrid, Spain-based financial institution, announced the appointment of Manuel Muela Martín-Buitrago as non-executive chairman of the board of directors in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores on 27 July 2016. Specifically, Muela replaces Chairman of the Board Manuel Azuaga Moreno, who submitted his resignation. Board member José Manuel Domínguez Martínez also resigned.

EspañaDuero, entidad financiera española con sede en Madrid, ha anunciado la designación de Manuel Muela Martín-Buitrago como presidente no ejecutivo del consejo de administración en un hecho relevante publicado por la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores el 27 de julio de 2016. En concreto, Muela reemplaza al presidente del consejo, Manuel Azuaga Moreno, que ha presentado su renuncia. El consejero José Manuel Domínguez Martínez también ha presentado su renuncia. |
