Eroski is planning to sell real estate assets, due to the lack of buyers for 28 hypermarkets, as published by newspaper El Economista on 16 April 2016, citing its president, Agustín Markaide. According to the president, the objective, as soon as the real estate sector recovers, is to raise funds through the sale of assets, up to EUR 600m. However, Markaide said "there is no rush, because the market is not stable".

Eroski tiene previsto vender varios inmuebles, ante la falta de compradores para 28 hipermercados, según ha publicado el diario El Economista el 16 de abril de 2016, basándose en declaraciones de Agustín Markaide, presidente de la compañía. El presidente de Eroski ha asegurado que su objetivo, una vez que se vaya recuperando el sector inmobiliario, es lograr ingresos por estas ventas de hasta EUR 600m. No obstante, Agustín Markaide ha insistido en que "no hay prisa, porque el mercado no está normalizado". |
