Enjoy Casinos & Resort (BCS:ENJOY), a Chile-based casino operator, reached the final stage in its search for a strategic partner which will allow it to face its regional expansion, reported Diario Financiero on 26 February, 2016. Specifically, Enjoy explained that, under confidentiality agreements signed by companies interested in the operator, it is carrying out the revision of its main financial, commercial, and operational aspects, based on the data room set up for this stage. The company is already in a due diligence phase, for which it retained Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) as advisor.

Enjoy Casinos & Resort (BCS:ENJOY), gestora chilena de casinos, ha llegado a su fase final para encontrar un socio estratégico que le permita encarar su expansión regional, según ha informado Diario Financiero el 26 de febrero de 2016. En concreto, la chilena ha indicado que, al amparo de acuerdos de confidencialidad firmados por interesados en la sociedad, está en desarrollo de la revisión de los principales aspectos financieros, comerciales y operativos de la empresa, a partir del data room que se ha habilitado para esta fase. En ese sentido, la firma ya se encuentra en la etapa de due diligence de este proceso en el cual cuenta con la asesoría de Bank of America (NYSE:BAC). |
