Antônio José de Almeida Carneiro, one of the shareholders of Energisa (BVMF: ENGI11), which operates in the generation and distribution of electric power, would be selling his stake in the company, reported Estadão on 1 February 2017. Antônio holds about 13% of Energisa's units through two funds, and would need to raise investments to capitalize its construction company, João Fortes. Carneiro plans to sell part of its stake to another shareholder, Ronaldo Cézar Coelho. The rest could be offered in the market.

Antônio José de Almeida Carneiro, um dos acionistas da Energisa (BVMF:ENGI11), que atua na geração e distribuição de energia elétrica, estaria vendendo sua fatia na companhia, segundo publicou o Estadão no dia 01 de fevereiro de 2017. Antônio possui cerca de 13% das units da Energisa por meio de dois fundos, e estaria precisando levantar recursos para capitalizar a sua construtora, a João Fortes. Carneiro pretende vender uma parte de sua fatia a outro acionista, Ronaldo Cézar Coelho. O restante poderia ser ofertado no mercado. |
