Energisa's CFO Maurício Botelho confirmed the company's intention to acquire distribution companies held by Eletrobras, in line to be privatized, as reported by newspaper Valor Econômico on 21 May 2015. Botelho said there are no precise informations for the moment, the company would bid if a tender is launched.
