Endesa Chile, an electric company, subsidiary of Enersis, based in Santiago de Chile, has chosen its new president, Enrico Viale, during a board members meeting on Monday, 27 April, according to a press release published on the company's website that same day. The board has also chosen its new vicepresident: Ignacio Mateo, as well as it new members: Enrique Cibié, Jorge Atton y Felipe Lamarca. In a shareholders meeting on that same day, the new directors were chosen: Enrico Viale, Ignacio Mateo, Francesco Buresti, Vittorio Vagliasindi, Francesca Gostinelli, Felipe Lamarca, Isabel Marshall, Enrique Cibié and Jorge Atton.

Endesa Chile, empresa eléctrica filial de Enersis, con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha elegido en sesión ordinaria celebrada el lunes 27 de abril a su nuevo presidente: Enrico Viale, según un comunicado de prensa publicado en la página web de la empresa el lunes 27 de abril. El directorio también ha elegido como nuevo vicepresidente a Ignacio Mateo. Durante esa misma sesión se ha nombrado a los miembros del Comité de Directores: Enrique Cibié, Jorge Atton y Felipe Lamarca.
