Chilean group Empresas Penta could sell two insurance companies to Peru-based Pacífico Seguros, a subsidiary of Credicorp, and to Colombia-based Sura. The insurance companies are Penta Security and Penta Vida. The negotiations between Penta and Credicorp does not include selling the entire stake it holds in Penta Security (70%) and Penta Vida (99.85%), with which the two companies will be partners. Regarding negotiations between Penta and Sura, the Colombian company may require the entire stake percentage.

El grupo chileno Empresas Penta, podría vender dos de sus aseguradoras a la compañía peruana Pacífico Seguros, filial de Credicorp, y a la compañía colombiana Sura. Estas dos aseguradoras serían Penta Security y Penta Vida, ambas compañías trabajan en el sector de los seguros. Las negociaciones que se están llevando a cabo entre Penta y Credicorp no consideran la venta de la totalidad de su participación en la compañía de Penta Security (70%) y Penta Vida (99,85%), sino de solo una parte, pasando de esta forma a ser socios. En cuanto a las conversaciones de negociación entre Penta y Sura, la colombiana podría querer toda la participación de ambas aseguradoras. |
