Empresas La Polar, a Chile-based retail company, announced at it shareholders meeting, on 24 April 2015, the appointments of new directors. The board will be constituted by Jorge Id Sánchez, who received the largest number of votes, Juan Enrique Vilajuana, Bernardo Fontaine Talavera, Pedro Pellegrini, Manuel Cristóbal Hurtado, Richard Walter and Alberto Sobredo del Amo. The new president' appointment was postponed to the next board meeting, on 19 May 2015.

La compañía chilena Empresas La Polar, dedicada a actividades de retail, ha anunciado en su junta de accionistas celebrada el 24 de abril de 2015 el nombramiento de nuevos directores. El nuevo directorio estará conformado por Jorge Id Sánchez, quien obtuvo el mayor número de votos, Juan Enrique Vilajuana, Bernardo Fontaine Talavera, Pedro Pellegrini, Manuel Cristóbal Hurtado, Richard Walter y Alberto Sobredo del Amo. El nombramiento del nuevo presidente de la compañía se ha pospuesto hasta la próxima asamblea que tendrá lugar el 19 de mayo de este mismo año. |
