Empresas ICA (BMV/NYSE:ICA), a Mexico City-based infrastructure construction company, announced the appointment of Alfonso González as interim board member in a filing published by the Mexican Stock Exchange on 24 November, 2015. González replaced Salvador Alva, who submitted his resignation, starting 23 November. The new board member will remain as interim until the next shareholders' general assembly, to be held in April 2016.

Empresas ICA (BMV/NYSE:ICA), empresa mexicana de construcción de infraestructuras, ha anunciado la designación de Alfonso González como consejero provisional en un hecho relevante publicado por la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores el 24 de noviembre de 2015. González ha reemplazado a Salvador Alva, que ha presentado su renuncia, a partir del 23 de noviembre. El nuevo consejero permanecerá como provisional hasta la próxima Asamblea General de Accionistas, prevista para abril de 2016. |
