Spanish mining company Emerita Resources began the claim process to explore mine Aznalcóllar which was initially granted to Mexico-based Grupo México (see related intel), as reported by newspaper El Milenio on 20 May 2015. Emerita would finally acquire the exploration concession for a 30-year period, if it is proven right and if Grupo México is charged with irregularities. Emrita Resources was second in the tender.

La empresa minera española Emerita Resources ha iniciado su proceso de reclamación de la explotación de la mina de Aznalcóllar que fue adjudicado a la mexicana Grupo México (ver Intel relacionado), según ha informado el diario El Milenio el día 20 de mayo de 2015. Emérita se haría finalmente con la concesión de explotación por 30 años si se le diese la razón y se imputara a Grupo México por las irregularidades, ya que la minera española ocupó el segundo lugar en el concurso. |
