Paulo Cesar de Souza e Silva, atualmente Vice-Presidente, assumirá a Presidência-Executiva da companhia a partir de julho de 2016, no lugar de Frederico Fleury Curado, que renunciou o cargo. A empresa também deliberou a eleição de Frederico Fleury Curado para o cargo de Diretor Executivo sem designação específica, com efetividade a partir de julho de 2016 para a auxiliar na transição da gestão até o final do ano de 2016. |
