Electro Depot y Chaussea podrían haber decidido comenzar su expansión en el mercado español, según ha publicado el diario Expansión el 25 de marzo de 2016. Electro Depot, compañía de electrónica de consumo y menaje del hogar, estaría buscando una superficie de entre 1.500m2 y 2.000m2 a las afueras de Madrid y Barcelona. Por su parte, la cadena de calzados Chaussea, estaría interesada en un local con una superficie de en torno a los 1.000m2. Según explica el artículo, Electro Depot y Chaussea habrían contactado con BNP Paribas Real Estate y otras firmas inmobiliarias para hacerles partícipes de sus planes y, eventualmente, recibir sus propuestas de localizaciones para implantarse en España. |
