Eldorado Celulose e Papel, a Mato Grosso do Sul-based paper producer, plans to hold an initial public offering (IPO) on the BM & FBovespa in New York, reported Isto é Dinheiro on 29 September 2016, citing the company's CEO, José Carlos Grubisich. The IPO is underway internally. The forecast is that everything is ready for the end of the 1Q17. And if its not possible to carry out an IPO, the company is also evaluating other possibilities, including a new bonus funding, the report noted.

A Eldorado Celulose e Papel, empresa com sede no Mato grosso do Sul, que atua na produção de papel, planeja realizar uma oferta pública inicial de ações (IPO) na BM&FBovespa e em Nova Iorque, segundo publicou a Isto é Dinheiro em 29 de setembro de 2016, citando ao Presidente da empresa, José Carlos Grubisich. De acordo com a notícia, o IPO está em andamento internamente. A previsão é de que tudo está pronto para o final do 1º Trimestre de 2017. E caso não seja possível realizar um IPO, a empresa também está avaliando outras possibilidades, inclusive, uma nova captação de bônus. |
