El private equity mexicano Nexxus Capital ha anunciado el levantamiento de su sexto fondo denominado "Nexxus Capital VI" por un importe de aproximadamente USD 430m. Nexxus Capital VI invertirá en empresas medianas mexicanas con el objetivo de maximizar su valor por medio de la institucionalización de la empresa, el mejoramiento de sus prácticas administrativas, eficiencias operativas, mejoras en márgenes y un crecimiento orgánico complementado con adquisiciones. |
