El Gobierno de Bolivia busca consolidar la adquisición del 100% del accionario de ocho empresas estratégicas. Cuatro compañías del sector eléctrico y cuatro del sector petrolero podrían convertirse en compañías estatales plenas. Las empresas son YPFB Refinación SA, YPFB Logística, YPFB Aviación, YPFB Chaco, Empresa Eléctrica Valle Hermoso, Guaracachi, Transportadora de Electricidad (TDE) y la empresa de Distribución Larecaja. Aunque parte del capital social de algunas de ellas ya es propiedad del Gobierno de Bolivia, ahora el estado pretende hacerse con el control total de las compañías. |
