El FROB, perteneciente al Banco de España, cree que la venta de NCG Banco puede acelerarse y espera encontrar comprador antes de final de año. Sin embargo, es necesario que antes se identifiquen los componentes del balance que más puedan preocupar a un comprador, con el fin de cuantificarlos y buscar fórmulas para minimizar su impacto.

Cuando se opte por venderla, se establecerán las condiciones exactas del proceso, lo que abre la puerta a que se incluyan, por ejemplo, medidas de apoyo a los compradores como esquemas de protección de activos o por los activos fiscales diferidos.
