Shipyard Eisa, based in Rio de Janeiro, filed for bankruptcy, as published by newspaper Valor Econômico on 15 December 2015, citing a relevant fact issued by the company. According to the report "The company's board, backed by shareholders, took this difficult decision, however rational, to preserve the shipyard and allow its activities to be resumed as soon as possible, after an agreement with clients, suppliers and other creditors ". According to the news, the company's subsidiary, Eisa Petro Um, also filed for bankruptcy.

O estaleiro Eisa, com sede no Rio de Janeiro, entrou com pedido de recuperação judicial, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico em 15 de dezembro de 2015, citnado a um comunicado da empresa. De acordo com o comunicado, “A diretoria das empresas, respaldadas pelos acionistas, tomou essa decisão difícil, porém racional, com objetivo de preservar os estaleiros e permitir que suas atividades sejam retomadas plenamente o mais breve possível, após entendimento com seus clientes, fornecedores e demais credores”. De acordo com a notícia, a subsidiária da empresa, Eisa Petro Um, também pediu a recuperação judicial. |
