Ecopetrol (BVC:ECOPETROL; NYSE:EC; TSX:ECP), a Bogota, Colombia-based state-owned oil company, announced it is selling its stake in Interconexión Eléctrica - ISA (BVC:ISA), a Medellin-based power services provider, in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia on 28 September, 2015. The oil company announced it had published the notice of offer of the first stage of divestment in widely-circulated newspapers in Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, and Bermuda. The offer is effective from 29 September to 30 November, 2015.

Ecopetrol (BVC:ECOPETROL; NYSE:EC; TSX:ECP), petrolera estatal colombiana, ha anunciado que ha puesto a la venta su participación en Interconexión Eléctrica - ISA (BVC:ISA), empresa de servicios eléctricos con sede en Medellín, en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia el 28 de septiembre de 2015. La petrolera ha informado la publicación del aviso de oferta de la primera etapa de la enajaneción en diarios de amplia circulación en Colombia, Perú, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile y Bermuda. La oferta es válida entre el 29 de septiembre y el 30 de noviembre de 2015. |
