Ecopetrol Ecopetrol (BVC:ECOPETROL; NYSE:EC; TSX:ECP), a Colombia-based oil company, announced that on 19 May 2015 it will place on the Bogota Stock Exchange a 6.87% stake in its share capital, currently held by Grupo Energía de Bogotá (BVC: EEB), as reported by Portafolio Colombia in an article published on 18 May 2015. Ecopetrol plans to place 631,098,000 titles, equivalent to USD 0.45m. This placement once Ecopetrol received the approval to carry out this sale. (See related intel)

Ecopetrol (BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC; TSX: ECP), empresa petrolera colombiana, ha anunciado que el 19 de mayo de 2015 inicia la colocación en la Bolsa de Valores de Bogotá del 6,87% del capital social que dispone en Grupo Energía de Bogotá (BVC: EEB), según ha informado Portafolio Colombia en un artículo del 18 de mayo de 2015. Ecopetrol pretende colocar 631.098.000 títulos, lo que supone un importe total de USD 0,45m.
