EQT, a Sweden-based private equity firm, fetched EUR 4bn in six months for its new investment vehicle for the infrastructure sector in Europe and the US, reported El Economista on 23 February 2017, citing EQT Country Manager, Spain Daniel Pérez Wikmark. Spain is one of the firm's strategic destinations of investment for both the dynamism of the sector and the economic outlook for 2017. Currently, the firm has two units in Spain, Islalink and Adamo, both optical fiber operators.

EQT, firma de private equity con sede en Suecia, ha levantado en seis meses EUR 4.000m para su nuevo vehículo de inversión, destinado al sector de infraestructuras en Europa y EEUU, según ha informado El Economista el 23 de febrero de 2017, citando al responsable de la firma en España, Daniel Pérez Wikmark. En palabras del directivo, España es uno de los destinos estratégicos de la inversión tanto por el dinamismo del sector como por las perspectivas económicas para 2017. Actualmente la firma cuenta con dos participaciones en España, la de Islalink y la de Adamo, ambos operadores de fibra óptica. |
