EPM anuncia nueva junta directiva

Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM), a Colombia-based state-owned provider of water, gas, and power services, announced the election of a new board of directors in a press release issued on 26 January, 2016. The new board is comprised of Beatriz Restrepo Gallego, Andrés Bernal Correa, Manuel Santiago Mejía Correa, Claudia Jiménez Jaramillo, and Luis Fernando Arbeláez Sierra. Arbeláez will be in office until February. Starting March, he will be replaced by Javier Genaro Gutiérrez Pemberthy. The members were chosen by the mayor of Medellin and chairman of the board of EPM, Federico Gutiérrez Zuluaga.

Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM), prestadora estatal colombiana de servicios de agua, gas y electricidad, ha anunciado la elección de una nueva junta directiva en una nota de prensa publicada el 26 de enero de 2016. La nueva junta está conformada por Beatriz Restrepo Gallego, Andrés Bernal Correa, Manuel Santiago Mejía Correa, Claudia Jiménez Jaramillo y Luis Fernando Arbeláez Sierra. Arbeláez estará en el cargo hasta febrero. A partir de marzo será reemplazado por Javier Genaro Gutiérrez Pemberthy. Los miembros han sido elegidos por el alcalde de Medellín y presidente de la junta de EPM, Federico Gutiérrez Zuluaga. |
