A empresa de Cabo Verde ENAPOR, dedicada à gestão da rede de portos, e a brasileira Porto do Recife, que se dedica à gestão de portos, assinaram um termo de cooperação técnica, segundo publicou o Diário de Pernambuco em 6 de outubro de 2015, citando ao Presidente do Porto do Recife, Olavo de Andrade Lima. De acordo com a notícia, o acordo prevê, entre outros pontos, o intercâmbio comercial, técnico e científico nos domínios da atividade portuária e dos transportes marítimos. Segundo Olavo, “Podemos chamar o documento de um protocolo de atividades.
