A EDP - Energias de Portugal (Euronext Lisboa:EDP), empresa com sede em Lisboa, que se dedica ao setor de eletricidade, estaria vendendo sua participação de 97% na Portgás, segundo publicou o Jornal Econômico no dia 18 de novembro de 2016. Segundo a notícia, a EDP teria contratado o Millennium BCP e o BBVA para montarem a operação de venda. As ofertas não-vinculativas deverão ser entregues em dezembro de 2016. Já há interessados na corrida, entre os quais fundos de investimento internacionais e outras entidades especializadas no sector energético, cujos nomes não foram revelados. A Portgas é a empresa que detém a concessão de distribuição de gás natural em 29 municípios do Norte de Portugal, Em Novembro de 2015, a empresa estava avaliada em cerca de EUR 168m. |
