EDJ Acquisition, a Kingston, Jamaica-based investment manager, will not give up on submitting its bid for Jamaica-based gas stations operator, Petcom, to divestment agent Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ), reported Jamaica Gleaner on 21 August, 2015, citing EDJ chairman, Hugh Coore. On 19 August, it was reported DBJ received bids from Rubis Caribbean, Sol Investments and Phoenix Fuel (see related intel). EDJ Acquisition submitted its bid after the deadline, so it was rejected. Coore noted EDJ will do consultations and announce its next step in due time. EDJ prepared its bid with financial advisor, Proven Wealth, and legal advisor, Myers, Fletcher & Gordon.

EDJ Acquisition, empresa jamaicana de gestión de inversiones, no desistirá de presentar su oferta por la gestora jamaicana de gasolineras, Petcom, al administrador de la venta, Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ), ha publicado Jamaica Gleaner el 21 de agosto de 2015, citando al presidente de EDJ, Hugh Coore. El 19 de agosto, se ha informado que DBJ había recibido ofertas de Rubis Caribbean, Sol Investments y Phoenix Fuel (ver intel relacionado). EDJ Acquisition entregó su oferta fuera del horario límite, por lo cual no fue aceptada. Coore ha señalado que EDJ se asesorará y anunciará su próximo paso a su debido tiempo.
