E-CL (BCS: ECL), a producer of electric power based in Santiago de Chile, could be negotiating with investors to materialize the sale of Infraestructura Energética Mejillones (IEM), as published by Diario Financiero on 27 April 2016, citing its general manager, Axel Levegue. The comapny, authorized to be renamed Engie Energía Chile, decided to not build the power plant, and so it includes the second unit of the project in the package of non-strategic assets up for sale. E-CL (BCS: ECL), generadora eléctrica con sede en Santiago de Chile, estaría en conversaciones con potenciales inversores para concretar la venta del complejo Infraestructura Energética Mejillones (IEM), según ha informado Diario Financiero el 27 de abril de 2016, citando al gerente general de la firma, Axel Leveque. La firma, autorizada para cambiar su razón social por Engie Energía Chile, ha decidido que no construirá este complejo, y por lo tanto incluye la segunda unidad de ese proyecto como un paquete de activos no estratégicos disponibles para la venta (ver Intel relacionado). |
