Duro Felguera (BME: MDF), empresa española especializada en proyectos energéticos e industriales, ha anunciado que pone a la venta las dos sedes de la compañía en Madrid y en Gijón, según ha informado Expansión el 4 de noviembre, citando a fuentes de la empresa. Duro Felguera no ha concretado qué fórmula empleará para la desinversión, pero la operación evitaría el deterioro de su tesorería a la espera de cobrar facturas valoradas en más de EUR 300m de proyectos extranjeros. La sede de la empresa en Madrid se encuentra en la Vía de los Poblados, un edificio de ocho plantas con 13.791 m2. En Gijón, Duro Felguera cuenta con uno de los mejores complejos del Parque Científico y Tecnológico, con más de 9.000 m2. |
