Dupol, a Chile-based stock brokerage firm, announced the appointment of Clarisa González and Nelson Segovia as board members in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 26 August, 2015. The firm also informed board members Jorge Polanco, Macarena Velasco, and Berta Araneda resigned on 21 August, 2015. Dupol, empresa chilena dedicada al manejor de instrumentos de inversión, ha anunciado la desginación de Clarisa González y Nelson Segovia como directores en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 26 de agosto de 2015. La empresa también ha comunciado que los directores Jorge Polanco, Macarena Velasco y Berta Araneda han presentado su renuncia el 21 de agosto. Por lo tanto, el directorio ha quedado conformado por Carlos Castro, como presidente, Clarisa González y Nelson Segovia. González y Castro han adquirido acciones de la empresa el 21 de agosto (ver transacciones relacionadas). |
