Dunkin Brands (NASDAQ:DNKN) ha anunciado que se encuentra en la búsqueda de un inversor para abrir, en régimen de franquicia, 50 tiendas Dunkin' Donuts en Puerto Rico, según ha informado la compañía en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 22 de febrero de 2016. En concreto, la firma busca la apertura de estas tiendas para los próximos siete años, en especial, en la zona metropolitana de San Juan. La empresa está interesada en contratar a un titular de franquicia con experiencia en servicios de alimentos multinunidades en Puerto Rico, así como en la adquisición de bienes inmuebles locales. El inversor interesado deberá contar con una liquidez de USD 5m para inversión y con otros USD 10m en patrimonio neto local. |
